Ревизионная комиссия работает с целью
эффективного контроля за деятельностью СНТ,
на его БЛАГО, чтобы членские и целевые взносы
расходовались чётко по их назначению,
чтобы не было их воровства
или растраты не по назначению.
Все отчёты ревизионной комиссии
должны быть утверждены
на общем собрании членов СНТ,
согласно ст.17, п.1., ч.11.
Если у членов СНТ есть другие факты нарушений
в деятельности СНТ,
то отчёт Ревизионной комиссии
может быть не принят общим собранием СНТ
путём большинства голосов при голосовании.
О выявленных нарушениях необходимо сообщать
членам Ревизионной комиссии, в Правление СНТ,
в чат СНТ или здесь на сайте
в книге отзывов и предложений.
Ревизионная комиссия подотчётна
общему собранию членов СНТ !
Согласно ст.20 ФЗ №217
Ревизионная комиссия обязана:
1. Проверять выполнение
Правлением СНТ
и его Председателем
решений
общих собраний СНТ,
законность сделок,
совершаемых органами СНТ,
состав и состояние имущества
общего пользования;
2. Осуществлять ревизии
финансово-хозяйственной
деятельности СНТ.
Т.е., проверять все необходимые
бухгалтерские документы с печатями и подписями.
А это- расчётно-платёжные ведомости,
договора с организациями, которые выполняют
работы на территории нашего СНТ,
сметы
и т.д. и т.п.;
3. Отчитываться об итогах ревизии
перед общим собранием
членов СНТ с предоставлением
предложений
об устранении выявленных нарушений;
4. Осуществлять проверку своевременного
рассмотрения Правлением СНТ или его
Председателем Заявлений членов СНТ.
