البته افراد در هر سنی می‌توانند با استفاده از گفتار درمانی ، مشکلات ارتباطی و زبانی
خود را برطرف کنند. نتیجه درمان از طریق گفتار درمانی، برقراری ارتباط موثر، اصلاح رفتارهای نادرست و بهبود زندگی فرد است.
گفتار درمانی فقط به بهبود کلمات و روش صحبت کردن فرد محدود نمی‌شود بلکه تمام اختلالات ارتباطی را نیز شامل می‌شود.
از دیگر رشته های توانبخشی میتوان به فیزیوتراپی،
کاردرمانی، ارتوپدی فنی ، شنوایی
شناسی و بینایی سنجی اشاره نمود.
هدف کلیه افرادی که در حیطه توانبخشی فعالیت می کنند،
استفاده از بالاترین توانایی ممکن از فرد توانخواه در
جهت بهبود شرایط زندگی شخصی و اجتماعی فرد است.
بنابراین گاهی هدف، درمان کامل فرد توانخواه نیست؛ بلکه تلاش برای استفاده از تمامی توانایی های فرد
به بهترین شکل ممکن است. گفتار درمانی یا پاتولوژی گفتار
و زبان یکی از شاخه های توانبخشی
می باشد که به آسیب شناسی اختلالات مربوط به گفتار
و زبان می پردازد. در واقع گفتار
و زبان (در ادامه به تفاوت گفتار و زبان نیز پرداخته ایم) بخش
بسیار مهمی از ارتباط برقرار کردن با دیگران است.
گفتار درمانی کودکان باید در سنین پایین شروع شود تا احتمال بهبودی مشکل افزایش یابد.
اما اگر این ضایعه مغزی پس از دوران زبان آموزی فرد ایجاد شود، به آن «زبان پریشی اکتسابی» می‌گویند.
در بحث درمان زبان پریشی باید دقت شود که دو مورد ذکر شده کاملا با هم متفاوت بوده و بالتبع روش‌های درمانی متفاوتی نیز دارند.
چرا که در نوع اول برای درمان می‌بایست روش‌های
برنامه ریزی شده زبان را به شخص آموزش داد.
اما در نوع دوم باید به گونه‌ای «باز
آموزش الگوهای زبانی» را برای شخص ایجاد نماییم.

درمان افسردگی پس از زایمان بسته
به نوع و شدت علائم شما متفاوت
است ؛ به طوری که می تواند شامل گزینه های مختلف شیوه های درمانی همچون مصرف داروهای ضد افسردگی، روان
درمانی و… شود. برای درمان روان پریشی پس از زایمان ممکن است درمانگر از داروهای ضد افسردگی استفاده
نماید یا دستور دهد تا بیمار چند روز در مرکز درمانی بستری شود.
چنانچه بیمار به این درمان ها پاسخ ندهد، ممکن است الکتروشوک درمانی موثر باشد.
روان پریشی پس از زایمان شکل بسیار شدید و حادتر افسردگی
بعد از تولد نوزاد و زایمان است که فرد
مبتلا نیازمند به مراقبت های فوری روانپزشکی می باشد.
این مدل از افسردگی بعد از زایمان نادر بوده و از هر a thousand نفر تنها 1 نفر به آن مبتلا می شود.
علائم این عارضه شامل بی قراری شدید،
گیجی، احساس ناامیدی و شرم، بی خوابی، پارانویا، هذیان یا

رویکرد درمانی شناختی رفتاری یا همان CBT یکی از استراتژی‌های
خط مقدم درمان انواع اختلالات افسردگی

در آنها از طریق تمرین‌های رفتاری عمل می‌کند.
بنابراین لازم است برای درمان افسردگی پس از زایمان از یک روانشناس متخصص در این
حوزه و یا روانپزشک کمک بگیرید. بنابراین میتوان گفت که PPD یک اختلال روحی
جدی بوده که اگر به درستی مورد توجه
و درمان قرار نگیرد می‌تواند عوارض دراز مدتی
به همراه داشته و با مشکلات دیگری مانند اختلالات
جسمانی سازی، وسواس فکری-عملی و انواع اختلالات اضطرابی همراه
شود. “اتحاد قابل اعتماد” این
باور و اعتماد است که کسی در شرایط دشوار در
کنار مادر خواهد بود.
برایش یک اتاق جدید درست می‌کنند و برای اولین حمامش تدارک می‌بینند.
مادر با تمام هیجانی که برای انجام دادن این
کارها دارد، پس از زایمان ممکن است دچار استرس شود.
معمولا دارودرمانی فقط برای زنانی
که بعد از زایمان به اضطراب متوسط تا شدید مبتلا
شده‌اند، انجام می‌شود. همچنین ممکن است ورود آنها به جریان
خون و شیر به کودکی که از شیر مادر تغذیه می‌کند، آسیب وارد کند.
اما اگر به افسردگی مبتلا باشید، معمولا احساس غم و

کنید.

باید بلافاصله به پزشک مراجعه کنند.
درمان اضطراب و افسردگی پس از
زایمان پیامدهای منفی این اختلالات را برای مادران و کودکان کاهش
می‌دهد. این کتاب راهنمای عملی برای
تسهیل درمان اضطراب و افسردگی دورۀ بارداری
و پس از زایمان است.
درمان افسردگی پس از زایمان بسته
به نوع و شدت علائم شما متفاوت
است ؛ به طوری که می تواند شامل گزینه های مختلف شیوه های درمانی همچون مصرف داروهای ضد افسردگی، روان
درمانی و… شود. برای درمان روان پریشی پس از زایمان ممکن است درمانگر از داروهای ضد افسردگی استفاده
نماید یا دستور دهد تا بیمار چند روز در مرکز درمانی بستری شود.
چنانچه بیمار به این درمان ها پاسخ ندهد، ممکن است الکتروشوک درمانی موثر باشد.
روان پریشی پس از زایمان شکل بسیار شدید و حادتر افسردگی
بعد از تولد نوزاد و زایمان است که فرد
مبتلا نیازمند به مراقبت های فوری روانپزشکی می باشد.

بنابراین لازم است برای درمان افسردگی پس از زایمان از یک روانشناس متخصص در این
حوزه و یا روانپزشک کمک بگیرید. بنابراین میتوان گفت که PPD یک اختلال روحی
جدی بوده که اگر به درستی مورد توجه
و درمان قرار نگیرد می‌تواند عوارض دراز مدتی
به همراه داشته و با مشکلات دیگری مانند اختلالات
جسمانی سازی، وسواس فکری-عملی و انواع اختلالات اضطرابی همراه
شود. “اتحاد قابل اعتماد” این
باور و اعتماد است که کسی در شرایط دشوار در
کنار مادر خواهد بود.
برایش یک اتاق جدید درست می‌کنند و برای اولین حمامش تدارک می‌بینند.
مادر با تمام هیجانی که برای انجام دادن این
کارها دارد، پس از زایمان ممکن است دچار استرس شود.
معمولا دارودرمانی فقط برای زنانی
که بعد از زایمان به اضطراب متوسط تا شدید مبتلا
شده‌اند، انجام می‌شود. همچنین ممکن است ورود آنها به جریان
خون و شیر به کودکی که از شیر مادر تغذیه می‌کند، آسیب وارد کند.
اما اگر به افسردگی مبتلا باشید، معمولا احساس غم و
اندوه‌ی زیادی داشته و ممکن است به آسیب رساندن به خود یا فرزندتان فکر
کنید.
در این دوره مادر باید هنگام شب حداقل چهار ساعت خواب بدون وقفه داشته باشد.
اگر شما و همسرتان در اتاق‌های جداگانه بخوابید
و همزمان با بیدار شدن‌های کودکتان هردوی شما بیدار نشوید، می‌توانید برنامه
خوبی برای مراقبت شیفتی از
